However, with clients needing more complex functionality we often find a custom-built solution is the best way to go, and we're happy to help
We primarily work with modern web technologies including Next.js, React, Expo and various no-code platforms like n8n. For database hosting we work using AWS technologies, or independent platforms such as Supabase. I choose the best tool based on your project requirements and long-term goals.
Yes. Every feature comes with a minimum 6 months guarantee where any bugs or issues that arise will be fixed free of charge. Beyond that, we offer maintenance packages to keep your website or automation running smoothly and up-to-date.

Typically no. But that is not to say we don't see their value. We however specialise on custom-coded solutions to provide functionality beyond that which a no-code platform can provide, which typically has us making applications as opposed to static websites. If you're just needing exceptional website design, reach out because we can point you in the direction of some great no/low-code designers.
No work is billable until after features and acceptance criteria are fully defined. After this point for snippets a 50% deposit is required prior to development beginning, on receipt of which your 5-7 day development window begins. The remaining 50% is due upon demonstration of acceptance criteria but prior to delivery of final files or deployment. Payment is invoiced per snippet.
Monthly plans are not accepted or invoiced until the first set of features and acceptance criteria are fully defined. Monthly plans are started on a rolling basis, meaning you can start a month on any Monday. A month is defined as 4 weeks and is billed in advance in two parts on week 1 and week 3 of the month. For customers in good standing net-30 payment terms may be made available upon request.
